I use it during mini-lessons, modeling writing, and while facilitating student-led discussions.\r\n\r\nRecently, while teaching a close-reading lesson from Solito, I stood at the converter while annotating passages live under the document camera. Being able to stand and move naturally helped me stay energized and fully present, especially during our 40-minute workshop block. It also allows me to easily transition between direct instruction and circulating to support students.\r\n\r\nMy students immediately noticed! They were curious and excited. Several commented that it \"looks official\" and said it felt like we were in a college lecture space. By combining art and science, students were more engaged and better able to empathize with wildlife affected by environmental disasters.
