We are using them during hands-on, small group instruction where students explore, practice, and build skills through play‑based learning. One especially special moment was watching a student independently complete a task using the materials for the very first time, something they had previously struggled with. That small victory led to an even bigger smile and a room full of cheers. These resources aren't just tools; they are helping our students gain confidence, independence, and joy in learning.\r\n The moment the materials were introduced, the excitement was shock & excitement with how new our materials were. Their eyes lit up, little hands reached out, and the room buzzed with curiosity and wonder. For many of my Special Needs students, new materials spark motivation and engagement and that's exactly what happened. Some students immediately began exploring, while others had to observe first since these were new items in our classroom. It was a powerful reminder of how your kindness directly impacts their enthusiasm and love for learning. \r\n Now that we have these resources as part of our classroom, we're building on that excitement by using them to support current lessons focused on communication, fine motor skills, problem‑solving, and social‑emotional growth. My students will continue practicing these skills during structured activities and independent work, allowing them to generalize what they've learned across different settings. Each step forward, no matter how small, is a HUGE milestone, and your amazing support is helping make those moments possible every single day.\r\n As I write this, I am tearing up as how much of an impact you have made on my students & being able to see them interact with each other, when before they were in their own worlds. I can't express enough how grateful & blessed I am for our generous donation. Thank you for believing in my students and investing in their futures & social interactions. Your generosity has given them more than materials, it has given them confidence, encouragement, and opportunities to shine. We are deeply grateful, and your kindness will continue to make a lasting difference in our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1769177333893,"projectUrl":"project/bridging-minds-and-hands-an-inclusive-l/9993059/","projectTitle":"Bridging Minds and Hands: An Inclusive Learning Experience","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Rede","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9286335_orig.jpg?crop=800,800,x0,y184&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1767633071147","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/miss-n-rede"},{"teacherId":7235961,"projectId":10082936,"letterContent":"Thanks to this project, my students are using their new primary notebooks daily during word study, phonics, and literacy lessons. One special moment was watching students proudly write newly learned sight words and sounds, carefully stretching out words and checking their spelling. When they first received their notebooks, they were excited to have something just for them and couldn't wait to start writing in them. These notebooks have helped students stay organized, practice foundational writing skills, and build confidence as readers and writers.\r\nNext, students will continue using their notebooks to record word patterns, practice sentence writing, and respond to stories we read together.
