It's been hectic with testing season and winter break. But I do want to let you know how much I appreciate all of the supplies you've donated to our classroom.\r\nTo start off, when my kids saw the boxes it felt like Christmas had come early. They were excited to see the rubber bands for underneath the chairs. I was excited to see the book bins and the office chair for myself. (We were also able to purchase some additional flexible seating for the small group table due to one of the items on my list being out of stock). \r\nMy students use the rubber bands underneath their chairs when they need to get the \"wiggles\" out. It helps keep my students focused on the task at hand. Something as simple as bouncing their heels on the rubber bands can greatly improve their focus as they work. I also choose a couple kids to use the bouncy yoga chairs as a special prize at the end of the week. My students love to work toward using it.\r\nThe book bins have been a life saver for organizing my classroom. I am currently in the old, historic part of OCE and there is no closet/storage space. The book bins help keep my classroom looking as tidy and efficient as it can. \r\nLastly, the office chair has been a great help to me personally. I use my small group table quite a bit and it's nice having a chair with support versus using a small kid's chair. \r\nI look forward to visiting your shop in person and providing you with some thank you notes from my students. It's really nice to have a community member such as yours involved with our schools.
