The books teach real life ways to work on being calm, respectful, confident, and so much more. Some have glitter in them. Some glow in the dark. Some even have beads in them, which is great for our students who like to \"pick\" at things. \r\n\r\nWe've been able to use the slime for multiple purposes in lessons as well. Your support has allowed me to create a small library of books that has truly transformed my classroom experience. Thanks to your donations, I can now recommend books to my students, lend them books they may not have at home, and engage with them on a deeper level by learning about their interests. Encouraging my students to read for fun has become a rewarding part of our daily routine.\r\n\r\nIn our classroom, reading looks vibrant and engaging, with students diving into a variety of genres and topics that interest them. The new texts have introduced valuable skills such as critical thinking, comprehension, and a love for storytelling. Your contribution has made a tremendous impact on our students with special needs, providing them with engaging tools to enhance both their learning and social skills. The moment the students saw the new games, their faces lit up with excitement, and it was heartwarming to witness their enthusiasm. These resources have already been integrated into our classroom routine, allowing students to practice teamwork, improve motor skills, and enjoy interactive, hands-on learning. One memorable project involved an activity where students worked to strategize and collaborate while playing a new game, helping them build critical communication and problem-solving skills. Looking ahead, we plan to incorporate these materials into lessons focused on improving coordination and social interactions. The games will continue to serve as a fun and educational bridge between our academic objectives and the development of essential life skills.
