The materials from this project are used virtually everyday in our classroom and your generosity is greatly appreciated. \r\n\r\nOne of the kindergarten traditions at our school is a recycled art station for choice time. The students get to create whatever their imaginations can think of using recycled materials and tape. The colored tape and dispenser have been a game changer for our station. The students can access the tape independently and love the variety of colors to choose from. They build their fine motor skills and persistence as they work with the materials to get them just right. The best part is when they proudly show off their creations! \r\n\r\nThe marker holders have also been a big success in our room! They are easy for the students to manipulate and they take up far less room than traditional marker holders. Even after the fires, the beauty of our community has not disappeared. Like the landscape around us, our children continue to grow, blossom, and bring light and excitement into our days.
