Our community is a multi-age classroom that includes a diverse group of 27 third and fourth grade students. They are an amazing group of students who help create a positive community by sharing ideas, working in cooperative groups, and displaying a love of learning. We are a small K-8 charter school located in California where teachers work collaboratively to create real life and hands-on learning. Every student has an individualized learning plan that meets his/her learning needs. Inside our classroom we use a workshop format that allows students to learn and grow based on their individual needs. We are a class of many learners who celebrate our differences.
