Together, you were able to purchase us a complete classroom set of decodable readers. These readers, backed by the Science of Reading, help support my emergent readers as they build their reading fluency while learning new and targeted phonics skills. \r\n\r\nThese books are of great quality and are highly engaging both due to their cute plots but bright and detailed illustrations. \r\n\r\nThese decodables are part of our in class and home reading rotations. Students will start with a book that focuses on the phonics skills they are working towards mastery on. They take that book home and read it nightly to build fluency. Then after a week, it is added to their reading basket rotation in class. This process allows kids to access books that they are fully capable of reading on their own while at school. Then the process begins again with a new book going home for the new week! \r\n\r\nI'm so thankful for your dedication to supporting teachers and students. This project was so exciting for me to complete and it's because of you!
