We've been using the new resources in a variety of ways. For example, during a recent group session focused on coping skills, each student created their own \"Calm Box\" filled with personalized tools like worry stones, affirmation cards, and small sensory items they decorated. Watching them proudly present their creations and explain how they planned to use them was incredibly powerful. The art supplies have also been essential for individual counseling. Students make emotion collages, stress-relief paintings, and gratitude journals, all of which give them tangible outlets to process and regulate their feelings. The calming nature of art activities has noticeably increased engagement in sessions, especially for students who previously found it difficult to talk about their experiences. Thank you again for believing in our students and making this project possible. You didn't just provide materials, you opened new pathways for healing, expression, and confidence.
