By the time we received the materials, the product photography unit had come to an end. Despite the end of the unit, the materials you helped provide have helped students photograph frozen motion in a variety of ways: using fake ice cubes in water on top of tabletop backdrops, confetti for portraits in front of the paper backdrop, blowing bubbles, and lighting their tabletop scenes with clamp lights. Students were engaged in their group learning and continue to explore. After the motion assignment, Photo 1 students learned about posing and lighting for portraits and that photography unit would not have been as successful were it not for the paper backdrop you helped provide! In addition, an AP photo student used the posing cubes to create a smaller-than-life self portrait for his portfolio. Photo 2 is now creating food photography after having a practice day using the clamp lights you helped supply to illuminate rainbow pancakes.\r\n\r\nWhen it comes to teaching photography, I find that my students don't have time to take pictures outside of school - or they don't have people to pose for them. This means that they primarily rely on me and my classroom for materials and inspiration to create. Thanks to you, we have materials that will continue to facilitate and inspire creativity for the rest of the year, as well as countless more school years. Thank you truly for all that you have done to help. Thank you for being a positive force in this world. Thank you for helping these students have what they deserve in their classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1738355525853,"projectUrl":"project/high-school-product-photography/8870708/","projectTitle":"High School Product Photography","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Silberberg","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9800335_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1729037969583","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-silberberg"},{"teacherId":8520069,"projectId":8529739,"letterContent":"On behalf of our entire school community and my students, I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for your generous donation to our \"help students refuel\" initiative.
