The two LEGO Spike robotics kits have already had a transformative impact on my 4th and 5th grade students. \r\n\r\nOne standout moment was during our recent hot air balloon parade project. Using the Spike kits, my 4th graders engineered robots to \"pilot\" their paper hot air balloons along a parade route. This was their first experience with this particular robot. They collaborated to design a basic robot and worked on coding to follow the route. The \r\nstudents were so excited to see their balloons follow the course. \r\n\r\nWhen the kits first arrived, my students were so excited and a bit overwhelmed with all of the parts they could use to build. They immediately began brainstorming ideas for what they could create. \r\n\r\nThank you for helping us make STEM learning exciting and accessible.
