Students were excited and touched to receive encouraging, handwritten messages from their teachers—something many had never experienced before.\r\n\r\nThese postcards are helping us build stronger relationships between teachers and students. They're being used to recognize effort, celebrate growth, and offer support in a simple but powerful way. Teachers have shared how these notes are opening up new lines of communication and making students feel more connected and seen.\r\n\r\nThis project is continuing throughout the school year, with the goal that every student will receive at least one positive postcard from a teacher. Month by month, we're weaving positivity into the fabric of our school culture. It's having a noticeable impact on morale, engagement, and the overall tone of our classrooms.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, we're creating a more compassionate, connected learning environment—one message at a time.
