They helped unpack the foam brushes, paintbrushes, cardstock and black paint and set it up to complete the project.\r\n\r\nAll of our 5th graders were able to complete our winter trees project. They drew a unique tree and colored it before placing it on their all black canvas. Some students choose to add stars while others sprinkles white paper pieces on the canvas representing snow. They glued it down with modge pog and anxiously waited for them to dry. \r\n\r\nThe project brought a lot of joy to students! They loved seeing what other students drew and colored. The excitement on their faces when the packages arrived and when they were available to use was priceless. \r\n\r\nThe project was funded just in time to help get us through our big push of testing on Chromebooks and our end of the year projects. Having access to a mouse and mouse pad made testing and projects less frustrating for students who have difficulty using a touch pad.
