Since starting in this role at my school 8 years ago, it has been a goal of mine to curate our library collection to reflect the ever changing and evolving population of our school and community. \r\n\r\nMy students come to us from all over the country and world. I can not explain the excitement I see in my students eyes when they see a book that represents their lived experience or culture and language. Since Covid, teachers are even more aware of the importance of keeping our classrooms and teaching spaces clean and sanitized. This is especially critical during Cold and Flu season.\r\n\r\nYour thoughtful donation of hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will help us meet that goal of a healthy learning environment. \r\n\r\nOur students are also aware of this importance and part of our classroom procedures are to use hand sanitizer whenever they enter the classroom.
