My students helped me curate the Lego sets and were always excited to see when a donation was made. They were even more excited to see the hand picked sets arrive to our classroom. They waitied patiently and with anticipation untill all of the sets arrived and our new trimester started with Legos being offered as an elective. \r\n\r\nFor now, there are 4 students building the sets and as they do, they chat and bond over their shared love of creating with Legos. Throughout the week my students will happily talk to each other about the sets that they have already built and ones that they will build next. I didn't anticipate the social aspect of this project but it is a very welcomed outcome.
