The supplies of dish soap and sponges have helped the students keep their work stations clean as well as staying on top of their dishes. With this our students are getting the first hand experience of being responsible for their own kitchen space and ensuring that our materials are clean and safe for all of our culinary students, they have grown in confidence are are more comfortable in the foods that they make. \r\nThe supplies arrived at a perfect time with cold and flu season in swing. The disinfecting wipes have been a huge help to keep our surfaces sanitized. Each time the student clean their work stations or use a laptop they are able to make sure that the are killing off germs and keeping the space safe.
