Students should their interactive notebooks to not only take notes, but help analyze complicated text and keep track of their academic progress. Since students set up their notebooks using a system set up at the beginning of the school, new students who came in during the middle of the year were able to quickly catch up. \r\n\r\nAs students are growing up in a learning environments that requires them use technology, utilizing notebooks gives them a bit of reprieve from their screens. From choosing their favorite role model to following the instructions diligently and lastly working together as a team seemed to be no brainer throughout this fun activity.
