It can be difficult being in such a small community for students, especially in a social/emotional learning aspect. Not having connections to as many students, or as many students that all understand each other can be so frustrating. \r\n\r\nThese graphic novels you've donated to the school have made some of our quietist students more outspoken! To see themselves reflected in books and languages they can break down to understand has been such an incredible, life changing event to witness. \r\n\r\nHaving access to whiteboard markers/erasers, trivia buttons, and basketball for review games has really made the atmosphere in classes turn around too.
