In addition to academic growth, we've seen a remarkable increase in daily attendance—an impressive indicator of the positive effect this initiative has had. Our students absolutely love the new rewards system, which has motivated them to put forth their best effort on every task. The positive reinforcement from the rewards system has inspired them to go above and beyond in their work, leading to a truly successful project.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, my students were beyond excited! Their eyes lit up as they saw the new reward items, learning tools, and supplies. It was clear that they felt valued and recognized.
