The students were so excited to see them and wanted to play with them right away. Before I passed them out I reminded students that these were tools to build and play with as well as for us to practice our skills of sharing and collaboration. When the students started to play with them I could tell they were using these skills.\r\n\r\nIt has been wonderful having more magnet tiles in the classroom. Before we just had one small box and since the added tiles we have enough for the whole class to play and build with together. The road and train tiles have been especially fun for the kids because they like connecting their different structures together. It has also been amazing to see how the students have been taking care of the materials and cleaning up when asked to do so. They have been carefully placing the materials in their storage box and making sure that none go missing.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this play and learning happen in my classroom. These materials will serve not just this class, but many to come!
