Students are thoroughly enjoying all the items provided. They are practicing important skills like sharing, compromise, and spatial reasoning. It is so much fun to watch their creativity flourish with these STEM activities. I have noticed that during free choice activities more children are choosing to participate in the STEM bins rather than playing on their chromebooks. That in itself has been a major shift for students. They are all reliant on technology these days. The rug paired with my seating options, gives them comfort while they preform in these activities. \r\n\r\nI often catch them fixing the rug so it is positioned perfectly.
