These materials will help me build a foundation for a positive classroom environment. I believe in giving students the opportunity to learn in a variety of places. Allowing students a comfortable seat to read, work in groups, etc. will enhance student learning. The table will allow the students and myself to sit comfortably with small groups to give a more one-on-one instruction. The Math game will be for Math intervention time, where students practice important math skills. I believe that engaging students in play increases student learning in the classroom.
