Because of your generosity, students are able to explore deeper learning opportunities that inspire them to ask big questions, solve complex problems, and discover their unique strengths.\r\n\r\nYour investment in enrichment helps create memorable learning experiences that motivate students and build their confidence as learners. As each of my classes entered the classroom for the first time you could clearly see and hear their excitement! They are so excited to jump in and start learning about outer space. \r\nThe rug has been especially helpful for my youngest students. I am able to meet each class at the door and ask them to come choose a circle to sit on to begin class. It has given everyone their own personal space and has been an amazing classroom management tool allowing every student to know exactly where they need to sit when entering the room. \r\nThe light covers have also been extra amazing because not only do they add a cool view of the night stars during class, but they also have added a calming atmosphere to the room. Some of my first classroom science labs have included making constellations with glow in the dark stars, tracking moon phases, and a study of our inner and outer planets. Meeting on our black space inspired rug under the night sky has absolutely given my students an immersive science experience to start out the year. I can't wait to see what this year has in store for our learning! \r\n\r\nThank you again for starting off our school year in such an exciting way!","fullyFundedDate":1749817620666,"projectUrl":"project/blasting-off-into-science-creating-a-sp/9407416/","projectTitle":"Blasting Off Into Science! No one has to scramble trying to find their notebook, whiteboard, or workbooks. They are all handy and easy to find in their chair pouch. My accelerated math students are not all the same students as my homeroom group, so using the inside of the desk is not an option.\r\n When they first entered the room, either on open house night, or the first day of school, they could find their seat right away because the pouches have name tags!
