It's perfect for holding while the read and the color-changing lights are very calming. \r\n\r\nThe other items, like the calming timers and tracing mazes are great for kids who need just a minute to step away and relax. Sometimes kids just need a minute to separate from the class and calm themselves when things become overwhelming.
