While I will not be returning to the classroom for this upcoming school year, the supplies that this campaign funded are all supplies that go towards the continuation of students' education at Monroe! The cheer gear in the order helps set up the new cheer coach with a replenished supply of uniforms and other needed items as they take over, a stark contrast when I started the cheer team and we had 0 uniforms at all! The calculators will help replenish the math department's supply of scientific calculators necessary for 8th grade math, ensuring that we can keep a 1:1 ratio of calculators to students in their math classes. The puzzles for the library will continue to be used and loved by students this upcoming year, while the science supplies will help support hands-on exploration and discovery for our students, and the other teachers at my school are grateful for the various school supplies that have re-stocked their stores in gearing up for the new school year! \r\n\r\nI still plan on remaining involved with my school even as I transition away, as the North Tulsa community is where my heart will stay.
