Because of your generosity my 25 students have a nice and clean place to sit down on each day. This year I had to move classrooms for the first time in many, many years. I had to purge a lot of stuff during this move and I had purchase a ton of stuff in order to make this new room accommodating to my students. It was during this time, that I decided that it sure would be nice to have a new classroom rug, in this new space of mine - instead of bringing over an old and dirty rug. That's when I found Donors Choose. I filled out my information and found the most perfect rug for my new classroom and I hoped and prayed that I could get a little help funding this rug. Lo and behold, the next morning after I posted this, I woke up to find that friends and family showed up to support me. I couldn't be more appreciative. Seeing how some of the donations came in from past students' families meant everything to me. I can't tell you how blown away I am by everyone's kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
