They've become a daily part of our flexible seating, and the students have quickly learned how to choose a spot that helps them focus. One of my favorite classroom moments was during our small group reading rotations students were so engaged, and you could tell the chairs helped them settle into their work while still giving them the movement they needed.\r\n\r\nWhen the chairs were first introduced last year, the students' reactions were priceless. Their faces lit up with excitement, and they immediately wanted to test them out. This year's group has the benefit of starting the school year with them already in place, and I know they're going to love them just as much.\r\n\r\nAs for next steps, the wobble chairs are supporting us as we begin longer stretches of focused learning in both literacy and math. The added flexibility helps students build stamina and independence, which will be especially important as we move into more challenging lessons throughout the year.
