I have made this a center for daily use. I have set expectations so they will take good care of it. \r\nMy special needs babies really love it! One is very talented. I can play a tune and he copies me. We have so much fun! This builds relationships which helps the scholars with behavior.\r\nToday, a student from another class was placed in my room until he calmed down. I took him to the keyboard. He stopped crying and played different beats. He left with a smile on his face along with a promise he would have a great rest of his day. \r\nWhen the keyboard first came in, the scholars were so excited. They couldn't figure out what was in the long boxes. We opened them and they cheered.
