I was hoping to provide resources to help my students explore mindfulness.\r\n\r\nRight around the time I received the donations, one of my students was going through a difficult time. I showed her the giant coloring pages and markers and she got right to work at finding a spot to start her art. It is something we can continue for the rest of the year and through senior year.\r\n\r\nI have alao used some of the mindful cards for my colleagues.
