When they first saw the new rug, floor lamps, and comfortable seating, their faces lit up. They immediately wanted to sit in the new spaces and explore the library. These resources have helped transform our library into a warm, inviting place where students can relax with a good book, participate in read-alouds, and enjoy learning together. One of my favorite moments has been watching students choose the new seating during independent reading and proudly settle in with a book they selected themselves.\r\n\r\nAs we continue refreshing our library, students are learning how to independently find books, properly care for library materials, and select books that match their interests. We are also using our refreshed space for library lessons, STEM activities, collaborative learning, and read-alouds. The new resources have given us a wonderful foundation for creating a library where students are excited to visit each week.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue building a strong library community and encouraging our students to become confident, lifelong readers and learners. Thanks to your generosity, our library is becoming a space where **every student feels welcomed, valued, and inspired**.
