During school wide recess, they use the new equipment to invite classmates into cooperative games, team challenges, and movement-based stress relief. They intentionally notice peers who may feel left out or overwhelmed and use play to help everyone feel included and supported.\r\n\r\nThese wellness days reach every student in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as families and community members who use our playground after school and during events. For many children facing financial hardship, these free and accessible wellness activities make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.\r\n\r\nThe high-quality balls and play materials are in constant use—during PE classes, recess, after-school programs, and community events—allowing every child to participate fully.
