Yoga mats provide students with a calm, predictable space to reset their bodies and practice mindfulness. Pinwheels have made breathing exercises concrete and fun, helping students visually see their breath and better understand how to slow down during moments of stress. Stress balls and Play-Doh offer essential sensory input, allowing students to release tension, improve focus, and regulate emotions in a way that feels safe and comforting.\r\n\r\nI am deeply thankful for how these simple materials have supported our students' emotional growth. Seeing students independently choose a calming tool or successfully use breathing strategies has been incredibly meaningful.
