With out your donations these resources would not have been available to my students.\r\n\r\nThe new graphic novels are always a welcomed addition to the library especially for \"the student who says they have read everything\". The graphic novels that I received called, \"Pizza and Taco\", \"Pet Detectives\" and \"Meow Cat\" have been fun additions to my library, especially for my reluctant readers. I consistently have students asking me if there are any in the library or if they are all checked out. I sometimes have to say they are all checked out and do a wait list for them. This is a sign that the students are very much enjoying reading them.\r\n\r\nBrainPop is so engaging for my students and helps them ask additional questions about all kinds of subjects that we talk about. It is an incredible resource that I use in my library on a regular basis. I especially use it to teach Digital Citizenship skills such as internet safety and cyberbullying. I also use it to teach about plagiarism and citing sources during our research units. Tim and Moby just hook the kids into listening to the information.\r\n\r\nAgain my students and I thank you for these valuable resources which make our library classroom more interesting and fun.","fullyFundedDate":1726587224071,"projectUrl":"project/library-books-and-digital-learning-with/8790058/","projectTitle":"Library Books and Digital Learning With BrainPop!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Taylor","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1078695_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y772&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1726526780535","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1078695"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_78790","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":705,"numTeachers":25,"percentFrplEligible":16,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":82,"percentIndigenous":4,"percentLatinx":4,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"28.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_MIDSIZE"},"inStateSupporters":68.0,"schoolId":78790,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Meadowlark Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Meadowlark Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/montana/billings-school-district-2/meadowlark-elementary-school/78790"}
