Instead of only reading about force, motion, and energy, students investigate these ideas by throwing balls, measuring speed and distance, timing movement, and analyzing real data from their own activities.\r\n\r\nUsing sports materials makes learning more engaging and accessible for all learners. Students who may struggle with traditional lessons become excited to participate when lessons involve movement and hands-on exploration. They work together to test hypotheses, solve problems, and think like scientists and engineers.\r\n\r\nThis project helps students see that science isn't just in textbooks—it's all around them and even part of the games they love.
