Many students immediately began picking up the money magnets and exploring the different coins and bills. A few even said, \"This looks like real money!\" They were eager to start games and activities right away, and their enthusiasm made the introduction to our unit even more fun.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include using these resources to deepen their understanding of saving, spending, and making choices about money. Students will be working on a mini-project where they create a simple budget for a dinner party. They'll use the manipulatives to help plan, calculate costs, and make financial decisions.
