The resources provided through DonorsChoose have given students a variety of exciting items to choose from as part of our school-wide positive behavior system. Students earn \"eagle bucks\" by demonstrating what it means to be responsible, respectful, and safe, and once a month, they can spend them on items from the trolley. This system has created a powerful connection between positive behavior and tangible rewards, reinforcing expectations in a fun and motivating way.\r\n\r\nWhen the new materials were introduced, students' excitement was immediate and contagious. Many students shared that these were the best items they had seen on the Treasure Trolley in a long time. Their enthusiasm has increased student buy-in and motivation to consistently meet behavior expectations. It has been incredibly rewarding to see students take pride in earning their eagle bucks and thoughtfully selecting their rewards.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue to use these resources to strengthen our PBIS program and support a positive school culture. As we enter the final quarter of the school year, our focus is on maintaining strong expectations and celebrating student success. The Treasure Trolley will remain an important part of encouraging positive choices, building student accountability, and recognizing growth.
