My students were able to go home everyday of the fall without going home with an empty belly. Our lunch time is so early that my students are very hungry by the end of the day. These snacks kept our bellies full and allowed us to finish the day strong. The candy kept them motivated to get through the day when we had recess and were all wanting to take a nap.
