This multimodal approach (seeing and hearing simultaneously) drastically improves comprehension and vocabulary retention. Furthermore, it allows for differentiated instruction: half the class can listen to a tailored phonics lesson while I work in a small group with the other half, without any noise interference.\r\n\r\nHonestly? Independence is that the students are most excited about. There is a visible spark of pride when a student can grab their laptop, plug in their high-quality headphones, and dive into their \"personal learning zone.\"\r\n\r\nBefore the charging ports arrived, we often had a \"low battery crisis\" mid-lesson, which caused anxiety and interrupted their flow. Now, the students are thrilled that their tools are always \"ready to work,\" just like they are.
