Because of you, I was able to add many engaging titles, especially books that support my Spanish-speaking students and students who are not yet reading on a fifth-grade level.\r\n\r\nMy goal was to choose books that students would feel excited to read—books that did not make them feel different, but instead made them feel confident and included. These books are used in many ways throughout our day. Students read them at home for their reading logs as part of their homework, giving them extra practice and building their confidence as readers.\r\n\r\n Many of the books you purchased are now part of our classroom library, so when students finish their assigned reading, they can grab a book that is just right for them. This gives them the opportunity to read for enjoyment, explore new topics, and maybe even go on an adventure through a story.\r\n\r\nYour kindness has made a meaningful impact on my students' love of reading and their belief in themselves as readers.
