Your generosity has made a meaningful difference for my 7th and 8th grade students.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my students have had the opportunity to read books that are engaging, accessible, and appropriate for a variety of reading levels. The book clubs have given students something especially valuable—the ability to experience reading together. They have been able to discuss characters, make predictions, share opinions, and hear perspectives from classmates that they may not have considered on their own.\r\n\r\nOne of the greatest impacts of this project has been seeing students become more willing and excited to read. Students who may not normally consider themselves \"readers\" have been able to find a book and a group where they feel successful. Instead of reading simply because it is an assignment, they are talking about their books, connecting with their classmates, and becoming more confident in their abilities.\r\n\r\nThese books will also continue to impact students for years to come. They are now part of our classroom library and will give future students the same opportunity to discover books, participate in meaningful conversations, and hopefully develop a stronger love of reading.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in my students and our classroom.
