My students were especially excited for the motivational items like stickers for their water bottles and fidgets. They used these as motivation to complete their work and remain on task, which can often be hard. The dyslexia workbooks have been beneficial as well; we are seeing growth in our students reading and writing skills as we end the semester.\r\n\r\nThe high interest books have been used by my students for their independent reading assignments in their English Language Arts classes this semester. We also are reading aloud one of the books, and it's been fun to discuss the book and what is happening together. This boosts comprehension in my students and it also creates a classroom environment that is peaceful, accepting, and welcoming.
