As a traveling speech-language pathology assistant, I visit multiple schools each week, and your generosity has already made a meaningful difference in how I serve my students.\r\n\r\nThe foldable utility cart has been a game changer. I now transport therapy materials, books, and communication visuals between campuses with ease. One of my favorite moments so far was walking into a kindergarten classroom with my cart filled with interactive sorting activities. The students' eyes lit up when they saw all the materials neatly organized and ready to explore. Because everything is now easy to access, I'm able to transition quickly from one activity to another—keeping students engaged and maximizing our short session times.\r\n\r\nThe MATEIN backpack has also become an essential part of my daily routine. It keeps my laptop, data sheets, and testing tools secure while the insulated compartment lets me bring meals with me during days packed with back-to-back school visits. My students often comment on my \"big therapy backpack,\" and they love guessing what new activity I might pull out of it that day.\r\n\r\nFinally, the 18-month academic planner has helped me stay on top of scheduling, progress monitoring, and communication with teachers across campuses. Having one organized place to track goals and session notes has made my services more efficient and consistent.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, my students benefit from smoother, more prepared sessions every day. As we move into the next part of the school year, we'll be starting a new round of language and articulation projects—using sequencing cards, category sorting tasks, and literacy-based language lessons. These new organizational tools allow me to bring more materials with me, keep everything accessible, and focus my time where it matters most: directly supporting student success.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has truly improved the quality of my work and the experiences of the students I serve. Thank you for believing in our school community and for helping me show up prepared—no matter where the day takes me.","fullyFundedDate":1756595909368,"projectUrl":"project/organized-and-on-the-go-essentials-for/9395132/","projectTitle":"Organized and On-the-Go: Essentials for Supporting Students Across Campuses","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Taylor","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9599129_orig.png?crop=272,272,x0,y163&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1721354486346","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9599129"},{"teacherId":8184251,"projectId":9296756,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity in helping bring The Princess Bride and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy into our ELA classroom library. Your kindness has made a tremendous impact on our classroom, creating a more engaging, interactive, and organized learning environment.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, their excitement was immediate. They were eager to start using the dry-erase markers, construction paper, and organizational tools, which have already enhanced our learning activities. The snacks have kept them energized throughout the day, and the cleaning supplies have helped us maintain a safe and organized space.\r\n\r\nThese resources have been especially valuable for our Voices of Change: Understanding Government Through Student Eyes project. Through this initiative, students are actively exploring U.S. Government concepts in a hands-on way. They use the materials to create visual representations of government structures, engage in debates, and collaborate on projects that help them understand civic responsibilities. One memorable moment was seeing a student who typically struggles with participation confidently present a project using the new materials—demonstrating the power of interactive learning.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, my students will continue using these resources to deepen their understanding of government and develop critical thinking skills. Your generosity has provided them with the tools they need to succeed, and for that, we are truly grateful.
