They were very excited when I showed them the materials and explain to them what we will be doing. Planting through hydroponics is not new to them, they already heard it but doing it personally was there first time. \r\nWe planted variety of lettuce. The kids were so hands-on in measuring their plants weekly and making sure that there is enough water to supply there plants. Having there plants inside the classroom gave them enough time to check on it. My students developed not only the sense of responsibility but also grown there knowledge in other alternative of farming. They learned that they can propagate crops by using water rather than just tilling the lands. This project has made a great impact to their future lives.\r\n\r\nWe will be trying other plants like tomatoes and herbs. The excitement of the students are beyond incomparable.
