It goes far beyond just the material items I was able to purchase. Just knowing that people still care about public education and the items that students need to be successful at school.\r\n\r\nAll people want to live lives that are as independent and self-directed as possible. The directional locks are easier to manipulate for students with fine motor challenges than traditional locks (plus, the kids love the colors!). The card stock allows us to create individualized schedules that students can use to complete their days with as little staff prompting as possible. My students have also had a great time working as a team to decide how to hang up the string lights!
