Presenting the sturdy canvas bags to the students, labeled with their names and photos, was such a joyful moment. I can see how these new tools have motivated them to pull out their reading materials more often after finishing work early or during their \"partner reading\" center time!\r\n\r\nThe alternative seating for independent reading time has also been a great. Students rotate the use of these chairs and look forward to their time to sit alone and read a variety of books at their reading level and which pique their interests. Your generosity has made it possible for my students to find greater joy in their journey to learn both social and academic English in first grade.
