Book club is a great way for our students to make friends! Discussing the plot and characters in a book, leads to interesting conversations about what we might do in a similar situation. Students get to know each other better and it helps them support each other outside of book club. Some of these kids will be lifelong friends and it all started with book club!\r\n\r\nThe four sets of books kept us reading for several months. Of the four, I think Atlantis: An Accidental Invasion was the book club's favorite. Wait 'Til Helen Comes is a scary tale. Bernice Buttman, Model Citizen is absolutely hilarious! And, False Prince is a fantasy book with lots of action.
