Your contribution has made a meaningful difference in the lives of many individuals, and we are incredibly grateful for your kindness.\r\n\r\nThe focus of our project was to supply essential items like soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and other personal care products, as well as snack options for our students. These items are securely stored with our registrar in her office, and students are aware that they can discreetly go to her when they are in need. This location was intentionally chosen to ensure privacy and create an environment where students can access the products, they need without feeling embarrassed or self-conscious.\r\n\r\nThe luxury of having these hygiene products readily available on campus has truly been a tremendous help for our students. Many students face insecurities that can be exacerbated by not having access to basic hygiene items, and your support has allowed us to ease that burden. By providing these essentials, we are helping to foster a sense of dignity and well-being, which ultimately contributes to the students' overall confidence and success in their academic and personal lives.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for your generosity. Your commitment to supporting our students and helping meet their most basic needs is invaluable. We are deeply appreciative of your continued partnership and investment in the well-being of our community.","fullyFundedDate":1735697720183,"projectUrl":"project/liberating-loachapoka/8953838/","projectTitle":"Liberating Loachapoka","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Barry","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8716148"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_17124","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":275,"numTeachers":24,"percentFrplEligible":92,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":68,"percentWhite":6,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":20,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"7 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"11.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":62.5,"schoolId":17124,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Loachapoka High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Loachapoka High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/alabama/lee-county-school-district/loachapoka-high-school/17124"}
