I am beyond thankful for your ongoing support of education and our school.\r\n\r\nAs you know students are always creative and love making things. There is no better way than with a 3D printer. We have already done a few test prints and it has been amazing. I know as the school year proceeds we will continue to use this printer in new ways and design even more items.\r\n\r\nThe students were so excited when I told them we have a new printer this year. Our old printer never really worked correctly, so having one that is actually usable and user-friendly is HUGE in a school.\r\n\r\nI can't thank you enough for your support and appreciate all you do for our district.","fullyFundedDate":1777927232331,"projectUrl":"project/3d-printing-for-design-engineering/10198119/","projectTitle":"3D Printing for Design & Engineering","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Johnson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp1057163_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1501771190655","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/justin-johnson"},{"teacherId":3342590,"projectId":10262386,"letterContent":"Our Kindle Colorsoft has quickly become an exciting addition to our classroom library and has helped bring reading to life for my students. The color display makes graphic novels, comics, manga, illustrations, and other visual texts much more engaging and accessible. Students who might not always choose a traditional chapter book have been especially interested in picking up the Kindle and exploring new types of stories. It has created new opportunities for students to discover that reading can look and feel different for everyone.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part has been watching students become curious about books they may not have picked up otherwise. The Kindle has encouraged students to explore different genres and formats while still practicing important reading skills such as comprehension, vocabulary, making connections, and discussing what they read. It has also become a great way for students to share recommendations with one another and talk about characters and stories. I am especially grateful for the donors who made this possible because they didn't simply provide a piece of technology. They gave my students another doorway into reading, and I have loved watching them walk through it.","fullyFundedDate":1778858234281,"projectUrl":"project/reading-comics-and-graphic-novels-in-col/10262386/","projectTitle":"Reading Comics and Graphic Novels in Color!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Rainey","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3342590_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1449102326051","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3342590"},{"teacherId":1057163,"projectId":9762531,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom.
