We were able to walk to our area elementary school to meet with our buddies over the course of a couple of months and bring literacy and Science education to their classroom. We began with the board games and learned about the life cycle of a butterfly through our live butterfly kits. This was a very powerful learning experience for my students, our mentee students as well as the teachers involved. We could not have made this happen without your support.
