They earn money when they complete there work. They practice counting there money each day, and determine if they have enough money to buy prizes. The students were so excited to see the prizes that you donated, and could not wait to earn more money to shop!\r\n\r\nYour donation has had a tremendously positive impact on my students. Students are so excited to earn and save money. It keeps them engaged in their learning and increases their motivation to complete tasks. We make a connection to having a job when they are older and earning money, as well as the importance of saving money. They are building finacial literacy, while practicing important math skills. I actually go through fewer prizes because students like to save what they have earned, rather than make an impulse purchase. \r\n\r\nYour gift helps build confidence in students who ordinarily feel anxious about math. Our intervention room has become a happy place where students believe they can be successful in math.
