Having the ability to provide awards has motivated students to push themselves further and created a sense of excitement around learning. Positive reinforcement has also extended beyond academics. Students are showing more pride in meeting our uniform expectations and encouraging each other to stay on track.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their eyes lit up! They immediately began asking how they could earn recognition, and the atmosphere in the room shifted to one of healthy competition and encouragement. One memorable moment was watching a student who usually struggles beam with pride after being acknowledged for consistent effort. This is proof that every step forward counts.\r\n\r\nRight now, my students are working on problem-solving strategies in math. The new resources allow me to highlight perseverance and accuracy, encouraging them to not just get the right answer, but also explain their thinking clearly.
